FAQ
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a 30% prepayment to start production, with the remaining 70% payable via wire transfer (T/T) before shipment once the goods are ready. We also accept letters of credit (L/C) or trade assurance services (subject to availability). Other payment methods are negotiable.
2. What international trade terms do you accept?
We accept FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. We have professional freight forwarders who can arrange all transportation processes, including door-to-door delivery. Alternatively, you can arrange your own transportation.
3. What is the delivery time?
Normally, we will arrange production and shipment within 20 working days after receiving your prepayment. For larger orders, further negotiation is required. The delivery time depends on the distance to your destination port, which will be clarified when you communicate with our sales team.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 1 set. We can assist you in packing the products into wooden crates for LCL (Less than Container Load) shipping. Of course, we also welcome large orders, as shipping costs are relatively lower.
5. Can you customize our brand logo or colors on the product?
Of course. We accept OEM/ODM orders.
6. How long does it usually take to receive my mini excavator?
This depends on whether you require a customized mini excavator, and the speed of customs clearance and logistics. However, we guarantee that regular models will be shipped within 5 working days, and some models are in stock and can be shipped immediately.
7. How do you guarantee the quality of your mini excavators?
We have over 10 years of experience in the mini excavator industry, and our technology is very mature. Every product must undergo our rigorous testing and debugging before delivery. Furthermore, end-user satisfaction is proof of the product quality.
8. How do I operate the mini excavator?
When the mini excavator is delivered, we will provide an operation manual, which includes basic operating instructions and maintenance instructions. Operation is very simple.
9. What attachments can be equipped on the mini excavator?
Basically, almost all attachments used on hydraulic excavators can be used on our mini excavators. The most common accessories include: augers, breakers, log grapples, rippers, rakes, thumb clamps, wide buckets, narrow buckets, forks, etc.
